Somewhere among the vineyards and pines of Lachine, the Old Winemaker left behind the secret of the Lost Vintage. Your team will follow riddles, recover artifacts, make choices, explore hidden corners of the estate, and decide which paths tell the truth - and which were left behind to deceive you.

Team Roster and Entry Fees

NOTE: There is a minimum requirement of 4 players, up to 6 players able to be on the same team. An entry fee of $45 for the team is collected from the Team Lead Organizer to reserve the team's slot in this event. As a waiver form is required to facilitate this event, please make sure all participants bring their government-issued ID for age verification. Any team member entries below without an accurate answer given to the "18 Years of Age or Greater" prompt will be ineligible to participate in this event by default.

TEAM MEMBERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE: A parent or legal guardian must be present on the day and time of the event to fill out the waiver form alongside the applicable team member, otherwise these participating team members will be ineligible to enter.

Other Important Information

OUTDOOR DRESS AND CONSIDERATIONS: This event includes walking through or near vineyards, fields, wooded areas, pine trails, gravel drives, grass, rocks, hills, structures and other outdoor areas. Risk factors may include uneven or slippery ground, holes, roots, rocks, branches, weather, insects, wildlife, physical exertion, interaction with other participants, and other conditions normally associated with rural outdoor property. Please bring multiple wearable layers in case of cooler temperatures, and water resistent attire in case of light precipitation. Wear closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes compatible with outdoor navigation/hiking during the event.

WAIVER FORMS: These forms will need to be signed on premises, during the start of the event. Please have your government-issued ID available to you for age verification to compare against this form submission during this stage of the event.

Disclosures and Finalization

By electronically signing below, you understand that the reservation request placed is not final until final communicated is confirmed with your number on file. You also understand that by receiving a final communication to a reservation, that the held amount of $45 paid in this form is nonrefundable to cover setup costs, even if communication for cancellation needs have been shared with ample time prior to the starting date and time for this event. You've read all of the material in this form and understand more documents, such as waiver forms, will be signed on the day of the event as an extension to the terms outlined in this form. You take full responsibility for your party and making sure all team members are well informed about proper etiquette and dress as described in this form.
