We are looking for talented individuals as well as those who just want to get their legs knee-deep in the barrel of the Burrone Family's specialized interpretation of wine culture, expression, and artistry.  Not only do we make and pour our own estate wine, but we also expand upon the wine pairing experience with pure wine cocktail mixology, guided by our family's mixology specialist, as well as charcuterie, paninis, and more!

As a vineyard-facing winery and wine mixology bar that caters to a restaurant menu, we will be looking for Seasonal Hosts, Bartenders, Servers, as well as Kitchen & Dishwashing Crew.  As we believe that every individual contributes to the overall execution of our high quality standards in handling our products and services, we choose to pay our staff based on the regular wage model and pool splitting all tips, fairly, amongst the entire service and kitchen staff.  In other words, the better we support and encourage each other, the better the team will benefit as a whole!

2025 SEASON HOURS OF OPERATION NOTES:

  • We will be reopening following Memorial Day 2025, more details on the exact starting date will be shared during the interview phase.

  • As we train staff during seasonal reopening, hours will be set at [WED - FRI, 5PM to 10PM] and [SAT, 2PM to 10PM].

  • We are aiming to have staff adequately trained and prepared partway through the month of JUNE. Once achieved, hours will be expanded to [WED - THU, 2PM to 10PM] and [FRI - SAT, 12PM to 10PM].
