We wish to promote those who provide that hallmark charm, those memorable encounters, and irreplaceable services for individuals, families, friends, loved ones, and those in need.

Burrone Family Vineyards and Winery is Bringing Dreams into Reality, however we consider you a part of that future dream and community we wish to join together - so let's make it happen!

Bring out those vendor booths you thought you weren't going to utilize much more this year and bring your crafts and stations out our way!

We want to provide businesses with another opportunity to showcase what they have for new people to see, and that includes us!

Be sure to provide your own tent, tables, chairs, provisions for taking payments, heating solutions, warm clothes. If you want any warm beverages or food provided by us, we will hold a tab for your booth and take final payments at the end of the night!

NOTE: For Profit Businesses approved will pay a $10.00 Reservation Fee. This value will largely be utilized for grounds maintenance both before and following the Hallowine in the Pines Day Event. This amount will be collected upon arrival.

NOTE: Drink Beverages (unless discussed and approved in conversation prior), both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as any other products that include substances such as, but not limited to, Marijuana and Nicotine (Cigarettes, Vapes, etc.) are not eligible. Other Product, Food, Art, Service offerings are encouraged and supported.

Final Details and Agreements

DATE & ARRIVAL TIME: We expect all Vendors to set up on October 4th, 2025 in the extended fenced-in outdoor area, beyond the seating area, amongst the pines. Vendors may begin arriving for set up at 10:00am to have everything addressed and in order by 12:00pm. Vendors are expected to remain on site until 7:00pm to be able to pack up equipment prior to venue closing at 9:00pm (during the last two hours of business Vendors will be expected to finalize any tabs held with Burrone Family Vineyards & Winery, if not already handled earlier in the day).

SET UP AND CLEAN UP: We ask that all Vendors keep their stations tidy and respectful to our property and the surrounding outdoor spaces. We are mindful of pollution concerns on premises - please be sure to either utilize our garbage disposal accommodations and/or bring your own if your provisions are likely to require it.

MEDIA DISCLOSURE: Photographs and Videos of the event may be taken, and that may include your booth and station. By agreeing to our terms, you will be allowing us the capacity to document and display any and all representatives in attendance as well as your business logos and other displays that will be featured during the event. Documented entries will be displayed on our social media and website for sharing with our audience the vendors in attendance and what they can expect when visiting our establishment during Hallowine in the Pines.
